Collaboration Terms in the Dropshipping Model – hurt.sharg.pl

  1. Discounts
    The discount rate depends on the product category and order value. Details are available upon registration and account approval.

  2. Assortment
    Our XML integration includes only in-stock products. The number of SKUs ranges from 5,000 to 30,000, depending on current inventory levels.

  3. EAN Codes
    Each product has a unique EAN code, enabling seamless integration with marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.

  4. Images
    The product feed contains 2 to 5 images per product, with the first image always on a white background.

  5. Descriptions
    Each product includes a detailed description, specifications, and technical data.

  6. Integration
    We provide XML files in the IOF standard for the IdoSell system:

  • gateway.xml – supplier information and links to offer files
  • full.xml – complete offer (descriptions, images, attributes, product groups)
  • light.xml – real-time price and stock updates

  1. Pricing Policy
    The XML files contain suggested retail prices. Purchase prices for B2B customers are available exclusively on hurt.sharg.pl after logging in.

  2. Stock Updates
    Stock levels are updated in real-time in the light.xml file.

  3. Price Updates
    Retail prices in light.xml are updated continuously, while the full.xml file is refreshed every 4 hours.

  4. Shipping Labels
    Orders are shipped using default labels from hurt.sharg.pl. For B2B customer labels, they must be provided as soon as possible to aczerwinska@sharg.pl along with the order number.

  5. Shipping
    Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.

  6. Returns
    Returns are not accepted in the B2B model.

  7. Invoices and Payments
    Orders must be prepaid; only fully paid transactions are processed.

  8. Supported Markets
    We cooperate exclusively with businesses selling on:

  • Allegro, eMAG, Kaufland, Amazon, eBay, OLX
  • Online stores based on: IdoSell, Shoper, Shopify, SkyShop, WebWave, RedCart, Wix, Selly, Webflow, TakeDrop, and others.
    We do not work with individuals operating unregistered businesses.

  1. Excluded Markets
    Currently, there are no restrictions.

  2. Product Feed Information
    The feed includes suggested net and gross retail prices, as well as the currency in compliance with ISO 4217. Wholesale prices and individual discounts are not included and are available only after logging in to hurt.sharg.pl.

  3. Feed Language
    Available in Polish and, upon request, in English.
